Avoid hitting the cans on strings and in the next room pick up the throwing knife and ammo, make sure you jump the trip wire, you can cut this to work on the trap achievement. Look to the front to see a dead body holding a safe key be sure to pick this up. Follow Bourbon through the train wreck and he will say "shit, caravaners" and continue some long speech.
