This should be the nuclear option - not the norm. Running things as Administrator manually makes sense only when you know you need some specific permissions the Administrator user holds, or when you're in so deep, that you want to completely ignore any and all file permissions. Please do not suggest users to start troubleshooting with this step in most any situation, unless you know better. It will also, in this (and similar) situations not help, since the user installing the program will have had access to the installation folders in order to install (or in an alternative scenario, the installer will ask for elevated permissions but still configure everything correctly). Consider people arriving at this answer way in the future - Google loves showing reddit in its search results. This is not a good blanket tip, as users will continue running things as Administrator (and even try it when it's not relevant) in the future, unless you explain why you recommended this.
