If this is the case, and since you don't have to worry about alot of dangers in Chernobyl (such as radiation, anomalies, etc.) it is again one that you should pick up. Unless you do the Destroy the Duty company for Lukash at the Freedom faction HQ you're probably only going to see this armor a couple of times once you reach the Sarcophagus at Chernobyl. All in all it is highly ineffecient for carrying out deep raids and serious operations in the knots of the Zone. It is reinforced with inserted kevlar plates and provides good protection from weak gunfire. It is an effective combination of a light military bulletproof vest and of a rubberized fabric suit. Finally, you can also find the armor inside a caravan just before the anomaly filled tunnel in Wild Territory the caravan has a blue box stash outside of it.
